Is storage really free?
Yes, we do not charge for storing your products. The only fee you would be paying us will be for fulfilling your orders and the packing material used.
Do you have any markup on top of the official shipping rates?
Absolutely not. You will have full visibility into the rates you would be paying for your shipping and can be compared with the official shipping company rates.
Do we need to forward you the order details?
No, once connected, our system will automatically pull orders from your stores and will also add the tracking details automatically.
How does billing work?
There is no upfront cost to get started. Once we have your product and we start shipping orders for you, we will bill you on a weekly basis. You can pay via credit card or bank transfers.
Do you support overseas merchants and brands?
Yes, we do support merchants and brands not present in the United States. Sending your products to us will help you cut down your shipping time from ~20 days to under 5 days.
