Our Story
PapayaShip was founded in 2020 with a simple yet ambitious goal: democratize fast shipping for all online sellers. We noticed that only big retailers could afford to have inventory close to customers, giving them an unfair advantage.
Our founders, who had spent years in logistics and supply chain at companies like Amazon and Shopify, knew there had to be a better way. They developed the Micro-Distributed-Edge-Fulfillment (MDEF) system — a revolutionary approach that uses a network of small, strategically located fulfillment centers to get products closer to customers.
Today, PapayaShip serves over 10,000 sellers, processing more than 1 million orders monthly. We've built a network of 50+ fulfillment centers across the country, enabling same-day delivery for businesses of all sizes.
